Can ARC create custom shapes and oversized configurations?

Absolutely. As a custom-engineered firm, we specialize in “The Impossible Opening.” From true-radius curves to floor-to-ceiling glass walls exceeding 10 feet in height, we provide bespoke solutions tailored to your architectural blueprints.

We offer durable powder-coated finishes in a wide range of standard and custom colors, including textured, matte, and metallic options. These finishes are extremely resistant to fading, chalking, and corrosion. We offer both AMMA 2604 and 2605 finishes for maximizing longevity.

Absolutely, we offer a wide range of colors that can be specified in different configurations, one color on the interior and another on the exterior. We can even do different color sash from the frame if specified.

No. As of right now our window and door series are only offered in thermally broken aluminium (exterior and interior being aluminium with the thermal break in the middle)

We offer a variety of high-performance glazing options, including: 

– Double or triple pane 

– Low-E coatings 

– Argon gas fills

– Tinted or solar control glass

– Laminated safety glass (We help specify the right glass package for your climate and home orientation.)

Yes. Every Arc window is built to order for your project. Sizes, configurations, finishes, and glass packages are all tailored to the home’s design and performance needs. We do not stock any product as we are set up as a custom manufacturer.
Yes all of our products come standard with tempered glass. If tempered glass is not wanted it has to specifically be indicated.

Performance & Engineering

What is the sound-rating (STC) of an ARC window?
Our standard dual-pane units offer exceptional acoustic insulation. For urban or high-traffic environments, we offer laminated “Acoustic Glass” packages that can achieve STC ratings of 40 or higher, significantly reducing exterior noise.
Yes. We only offer thermally broken window and door products so that we can ensure our windows and doors can handle any environment, from the extreme heat of Arizona to the frigid below 0 Temparatures of the Rocky Mountains.
Yes. We offer concealed motorized operators for our sliding and folding systems. These can be seamlessly integrated with third party automation as well.

The Build & Installation

Do you provide installation services?
ARC is a manufacturer of premium systems. While we do not install directly, we work closely with a network of certified, high-end installers and can provide full on-site technical consultation to your builder to ensure a flawless fit.
Because every unit is fully custom and made to order, lead times vary based on the complexity of the project. Generally, custom systems range from 8 to 14 weeks once the order is placed. We recommend involving us during the early planning stages to ensure a seamless process.

Aluminum is one of the lowest-maintenance materials available. A simple rinse with mild soap and water twice a year is usually all that’s required to maintain the finish and keep the hardware operating smoothly.
